Undertaking the Project Management of NFU Mutual Insurance Society Ltd Head Office Refurbishment began in 2002 with initial involvement from March till June 2006. To start with the project commenced with an in depth and extensive Feasibility Study, While the Project involved the refurbishment of the existing Head Office, the conversion of an existing barn into a new restaurant facility, the consolidation of three remote storage facilities into a new offsite facility and the provision of a new Training Academy in an extended building specifically purchased for the task.

Our involvement included: Full Project Management including co-ordination of a large multi-disciplined Project Team including Planning, Ecological Consultants, Structural, M & E and QS, Detailed design and Contract Administration of the construction contract Space planning of the new office, restaurant and the Training Academy, identification and assessment of alternative sites for storage facility and Training Academy, Negotiation with third party developers in order to obtain best value for the Client and to realise their requirements and business needs, BREAAM Certification and Capital Allowance Co-ordination, Liaison and coordination with Clients in house IT, HR, purchasing and accounts department.
