Chris commenced his property career at PSK as a year out student returning as a graduate in late 2003.

Project Management became an early passion having worked on several schemes for Schools and Universities whilst being elected as a professional Member of the RICS in 2007.  Chris left PSK in 2011 to Head up a Building Services Department at a Local General Practice Firm, where he continued to provide Project Management services alongside more core Building Surveying services in particular, Dilapidations advice and Defect Diagnosis for commercial Landlords.

Chris re-joined PSK in 2022 as a Director as they relocated to their new office in Sandal working on behalf of pension funds, property companies, managing agents, landlords and occupiers on dilapidations, due diligence, property maintenance, defects analysis, and design & contract administration matters.
